Jamie - what do you do with your containers after the season? Do you have to start over or do you store the plants somewhere?

Sara - your last year's harvest sounds terrific! I hope the cukes and watermelons are better for you this year - good luck!

It's not warm enough for us to have our plants outside yet. The gardening doesn't move outside until at least Mother's Day or even Memorial Day here! Last year we had some great tomatoes, lots of basil, TONS of lettuce, and some carrots here and there. Our cucumbers and watermelons didn't work out, though. We'll try again this year!

Oh what a exciting thing, those tomatoes ;) We are doing the upside down planter again this year...nothing yet though. But we have lots of herbs and flowers growing and we planted some sort of pea pods that have sprouted, yippeee!! I love container gardening (and soon when we move and have a bigger backyard, I hope it's just in time to plant some yummy veggies :) :) Good luck with yours
