Quick, fun crafts ... part 1

I stumbled upon this post the other day and immediately knew I wanted to make some of these little sacks for Owen's lunches ... and just to have in general. Unfortunately, my fabric stash is geared towards the little girl in me, so he'll have to try out the pink and blue stripes for now.  I think this calls for a trip to the fabric store. :)

I sewed it closed on the outside of the pouch, rather than the inside like the tutorial shows, to prevent crumbs from getting stuck in the seams inside.  Pay no attention to the shabby stitching.  I think it lends nicely to the 'handmade' appeal, don't you? :)
