Spent some time Monday night setting up the foundation for my December Daily album. It was FUN! I think sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed with options - to actually get stuck because you have so many ideas you don't want to let one slip away. I tried to let all of that go, and just get some pages done. It was really liberating.
I created two pages with scrap linen that I had from the inspired 09 workshop. On one page, I created a pocket where the journaling box will peek out from. I have a couple of red and clear vellum envelopes that I'm using to make some page dividers. And a couple of plain "traditional" scrapbook pages that are safe for me. I'm also using some 'non-traditional' scrapbooking items that I'm really excited about (more on that later).
Taking it easy; getting it done. Finding the balance between perfection and creation. More this weekend and I'm totally looking forward to it!
